We guarantee our customers protection from defective products. If you have a warranty inquiry on any item purchased from VIVOSUN, we for sure can help you to solve the problem.

Warranty Request Process:

Send us an email to official@vivosun.com with your order number, the defective products, and the defective descriptions. We will find the best way for you to fix the problem.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND. Customers have to send us an email with the pictures of the products or shipping box. After confirming, a shipping label will be send to our customers for returning.

 If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.

12-MONTH WARRANTY FOR QUALITY-RELATED ISSUES

We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or REFUND.
