What are my refund options?

The refund will send back to your original payment account, deduct return shipping costs (if they apply) as per our “Return Policy.”

We do not price match. 

We do not price match, especially during major holiday sales events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Mid-annual Sale, and more. However, VIVOSUN does offer what it calls “Black Friday Price Protection” — if you purchase any product is purchased between October 26th, 2021 and November 29st, 2021, and is discounted on or before December 31st, 2021, you can be refunded the difference.

When will I receive my refund?

For credit card refunds, we'll begin issuing your refund once we've received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
